Visit Ģý

Don’t just imagine yourself here. Bring yourself here! Visiting campus is one of the best ways to determine if Ģý is right for you.

We can’t wait to show you around campus and introduce you to our little corner of the Midwest.

For many Ģý students, the sense of belonging was instant. This campus—its people, places, and scenery—is warm and welcoming. And it’s also an intellectual community that will challenge you, inspire you, and develop you into the human you were meant to be.

While You’re in the Area

If you’re not already familiar with our community, consider exploring the surrounding area while you’re in town for your college visit.

Often called a hidden gem of central Iowa, Indianola is a charming town with great pizza joints, boutique stores, and other shops, all within a few blocks from campus. Indianola is also home to the Des Moines Metro Opera, Buxton Park Arboretum, and the National Balloon Classic.

The tourism board’s slogan says it best. “Des Moines: Only the S’s Are Silent.” As Iowa’s capital and the fastest-growing metro in the Midwest, there’s so much to experience: art, history, music, food, parks, adventure.
